According to the CDC, a new variant of COVID is requiring providers to take additional measures in preventing the spread of the Delta Variant.  

 

Due to the new variant of COVID, ALL patients must pre-screen prior to entering the dental office.   It may be done online or through a text to your phone.  

 

Upon arrival, if you have not done your screening prior to the appointment, please call the office phone and we will send a text to your phone to answer prior to entering the office.  Thank you for your cooperation.  

 

A mask is not required if the patient has received a COVID vaccination.  If you have not been vaccinated please wear a mask at all times when you are sitting in the lobby area and common areas where others may be.
